From start to finish Nigel was incredibly helpful and professional; from talking through the ranges and what would be most suitable in a modern open plan setting, to fitting it before Christmas (which involved urgent re-scheduling) and patiently explaining to a novice how to get the most out of the stove. I feel I could contact anytime with any issue in the future too. Very happy with the outcome and happy to recommend this company.

As part of a new extension onto our 20 year old house, we had a Rais stove installed. We are very pleased with our choice of stove and were also very pleased with our choice of installer. With a large open fire our cottage was always cold in the Autumn/Winter months as we lost a lot of heat up the chimney… We went back and forth over the course of a year trying to decide whether to make the plunge or not and just before Christmas, during a cold snap we decided to go for it… Nigel fitted us in just before Christmas (following a fantastic consult earlier in the year) at very late notice and it was the best thing we have ever done. Our home is so much warmer but not only that, it looks fantastic. I cannot thank Nigel enough for his help, fitting us in at the last minute and the great workmanship. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We love our new wood burning stove. We’ve grappled with whether to get a stove over the years, because we were without a chimney, but we’re so glad we did. Nigel supplied and fitted the external flue and the stove just in time for Christmas. Everything went without a hitch and Nigel made the whole process very easy and stress free. my advice to anyone in doubt would be go ahead and do it. you wont regret it.

I searched around a number of local companies to install a wood burning stove. Of all those I spoke to, Nigel was the only one who explained in detail the differences between the radiating and convection stoves and made recommendations based on our house. On the day of installation there was a problem getting the flue down our chimney, but Nigel ordered additional parts and he and Mick had the stove installed and working the very next day for no extra cost. We have been very impressed with the stove , a Contura 51L, and would not hesitate to recommend Cade to anyone. We will certainly be using them again if we decide to put another stove in our other fireplace.
